E Promote Inc provides digital services only. There is no physical shipping. All deliverables are delivered electronically.

1. How we deliver

Deliverables (such as documents, reports, content, designs, or files) are delivered digitally, typically by email or via a shared online document or link to the email address you provide at the time of order.

Services are delivered by email, or by another electronic channel agreed with you in writing. We will not deliver anything physically, and we do not need a postal address from you to complete your order.

2. Deemed delivery

All services are performed and delivered through electronic communication channels unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. A deliverable is deemed handed over when it has been transmitted through the agreed digital delivery channel and is reasonably accessible to the client, together with any supporting documentation identified in the agreed scope. Subsequent revisions or support activities do not alter the original delivery timestamp unless a replacement deliverable is expressly issued. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address and electronic contact details they provide remain accurate and capable of receiving communications.

Delivery may be evidenced by electronic transmission records, email logs, file sharing records or other electronic records maintained in the ordinary course of business.

Please look over delivered work as soon as you can. If anything does not match the scope we agreed, tell us straight away and we will put it right.

3. When we deliver

  • Work generally begins after your order is confirmed and the applicable payment (or agreed advance) is received. Preparatory work such as planning, research or technical setup may constitute commencement of services.
  • Estimated turnaround times are shown on individual services and/or agreed with you at the time of order (for example, a few business days to a few weeks depending on scope).
  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on the scope of work and how quickly you provide any required inputs, access, or approvals.

4. What we need from you

Most of our work depends on things only you can give us. Depending on the service, we may need:

  • Brand assets, existing content and copy briefs.
  • Design approvals and sign-off on drafts.
  • Login credentials, API keys, hosting access and platform permissions.
  • Any legal clearances you need for the content or claims you want published.
  • Timely feedback when we ask for it.

Please send these as early as you can. If they arrive late, or if we are waiting on a decision from you, delivery will take longer. That is the most common reason a project slips.

5. The standard we work to

We deliver our services with reasonable professional skill, care and diligence, consistent with accepted industry practice and the scope we agreed with you.

We apply recognised SEO and content best practices. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales or any other commercial outcome, because those depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine behaviour, your market and your competitors. What we commit to is the work described in your order or quotation, done properly.

6. Things outside our control

Some delays are nobody's fault. Delivery schedules may be affected by third-party API outages, search engine algorithm updates, hosting failures, advertising platform restrictions, changes in law or regulation, and other events beyond our reasonable control. If something like this affects your work, we will tell you and agree a revised plan with you.

7. Pauses, restarts and inactive projects

  • We may pause work where required inputs, approvals or payment are still outstanding. We will let you know when we do.
  • If a project restarts after a long pause, timelines may need to be revised. For custom work, we may need to issue an updated quotation if the scope or assumptions have changed in the meantime. Additional fees may apply where a prolonged suspension requires substantial re-planning or recreation of previously completed work.
  • If a project goes quiet for a long time because we cannot reach you, we may suspend or close it. We will contact you at your registered email before we do that, so you have a chance to pick it back up.

8. Ongoing / monthly services

For recurring services, deliverables are provided on the agreed schedule (e.g., monthly) for the duration of the engagement.

9. Delivery issues

If you have not received a deliverable within the expected timeframe, or cannot access it, please contact us at info@epromoteglobal.com and we will resolve it promptly. Where a verified technical transmission failure occurs, we will re-deliver the original deliverable without additional charge.
