Version 1.1, Effective 16 July 2026, Last reviewed 16 July 2026
The services offered through this website are provided by the business identified below. The registered business identity, jurisdiction of registration, published contact email and any officially disclosed business address shall be presented consistently across all legal pages. All customer communications shall be routed through the published electronic contact channels. No policy shall contain contradictory business identity information.
This Privacy Policy explains how E Promote Inc ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Samyak Jain, Proprietor (M/S E Promote Inc), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit epromoteglobal.com or purchase our services.
This policy applies to everyone who uses epromoteglobal.com or deals with us: visitors browsing the site, people asking for a quote, customers who have placed an order, and the contractors and suppliers we work with. It covers individual professionals, freelancers, sole proprietors, startups, businesses and organisations, wherever you are based. It applies to enquiries, quotes, orders, payments, support requests and the emails we exchange with you. It sits alongside our other published policies, which you can find at the bottom of this page.
Our services are intended for persons who are legally capable of entering into contracts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Billing information may identify an individual acting for a business or organisation.
Payment information: When you pay, your card/payment details are entered directly on the secure page of our third-party payment processor. We never see, collect, or store your full card details on our servers. Payment processors receive only the information necessary to process and verify transactions.
Where the law asks us to have a lawful basis for using your data, this is what we rely on:
We use one strictly-necessary cookie to operate the site (to keep you signed in and remember your cart). It is essential for the website to function and is not used for tracking or advertising.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
Like most small studios, we do not build our own infrastructure. We rely on a small number of established suppliers, and we describe them by category rather than by name, because the names change when we change supplier and we would rather this page stay accurate than look impressive. The categories are:
Each of these is given only the information it needs to do its part. If you want to know who we are using at any given time, just ask us and we will tell you.
We are based in India and we sell to customers around the world. That means your data, and the suppliers who handle it on our behalf, may sit in a country other than your own. When that happens we take reasonable steps to protect it: we keep it encrypted in transit, we share only what a supplier actually needs, and we choose established providers rather than the cheapest option. If your local law gives you rights over international transfers of your data, those rights still apply and you can raise them with us using the details below.
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS. Administrative access to our systems is restricted to the people who need it, and the underlying infrastructure is managed by our suppliers. We are a small studio and we would rather tell you plainly what we do than list controls we do not have. If we become aware of a significant security incident affecting personal information, we will respond in accordance with applicable law and, where required, notify affected individuals. We retain personal and order data only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Customer communications, invoices and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting or legal obligations.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
Contact us using the details below and we will look at your request and reply within a reasonable period. Some records we simply cannot delete, invoices for example, because tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. If that applies to your request we will say so and explain why.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. Use the contact details below, or follow the process set out in our Grievance and Complaint Resolution Policy. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it, and come back to you. If we cannot settle it between us, you keep whatever rights your local law gives you to take it further.
