How we work with you

Delivered digitally

Services are delivered electronically using agreed digital channels. There is no physical shipping, so nothing depends on a courier or a postal address. See our Service Delivery Policy.

Pay as an individual or a business

Payments may be made using supported personal or business payment methods, consistent with your purchasing capacity. Depending on the client's legal structure, payment may be made by the individual client, a proprietor, founder, director, partner or another authorised representative. See our Payment Policy.

Invoiced transparently

Invoices are issued in accordance with the agreed purchaser details and applicable legal requirements. An electronic invoice is issued for your order, so you always have a clear record of what you paid for.

Who may make payment

Our clients include individual professionals, freelancers, sole proprietors, startups, businesses and organisations, so who arranges payment naturally depends on how each client is structured.

The individual client

Pays directly for their own order.

A sole proprietor or business owner

Pays for services provided to their business.

A startup founder or co-founder

Pays on behalf of the venture they are building.

A director, partner or authorised employee

Or another authorised representative, acting on behalf of a business or organisation.

The name on the payment card or bank account does not always match the name of the business benefiting from the services. This is a normal pattern for our client base, since many individual professionals and small businesses do not run a separate finance department to handle payments. Whoever completes payment, every transaction is linked to the relevant quotation, invoice or order, not only to the name on the payment instrument. Where reasonably required, we may request additional information to verify the identity or authority of the person making payment before commencing or continuing services.

Wherever you are starting from

Whether you are building a personal brand, growing an independent practice, launching a new venture or expanding an established business, the same professional standards apply.
